The interiors of the apartments have also been renovated, updating finishes and enhancing natural light, while providing a sense of comfort and warmth.   Regarding the exterior, the fa\u00e7ade has been renovated to give it a more contemporary appearance that is respectful of the urban context and consistent with the renovated interiors. In addition, dual-colored windows have been installed, providing a refined finish both inside and out, while improving the thermal and acoustic insulation of the residences.  With this intervention, the \u201cGravina\u201d project stands out as an ambitious and balanced rehabilitation, highlighting construction quality, the functionality of the spaces, and a carefully crafted aesthetic designed to endure over time."}
