The rehabilitation project at Ronda Sant Antoni focused on highlighting the building’s original elements while integrating functional and aesthetic improvements that enhance the quality and coherence of the spaces.
Careful work was carried out on the old shutter-style windows, restoring them to preserve their charm and improve efficiency. These elements, characteristic of traditional architecture, were sensitively recovered, respecting their original form and materials.
The exterior partitions have also been renovated, providing privacy and definition to the common areas, without compromising light or visual continuity. This intervention helps create a more harmonious relationship between the different spaces.
The entrance doors to the rooms have been replaced or restored to ensure security and comfort, while maintaining an aesthetic line consistent with the spirit of the project. Finally, the floors have been renovated with materials that provide warmth and durability, reinforcing the sense of continuity and quality throughout the interior.
With this intervention, the Ronda Sant Antoni project combines tradition and functionality, giving new life to the spaces through a respectful and contemporary approach.
