The “Gran Via” rehabilitation project, located on one of Barcelona’s main avenues, consisted of a comprehensive intervention that improved both the common areas and the interiors of the apartments, with special attention to finishes and material coherence throughout the building.
At the building entrance, walls and finishes were renovated, creating a refreshed and elegant image that enhances the access area. This space was designed as a welcoming transition zone, reflecting the contemporary character of the intervention.
Inside the apartments, new parquet flooring was installed, providing warmth and visual continuity. Custom-built wardrobes were also designed and installed, optimizing storage and adapting to the needs of the occupants. Interior doors were renovated with clean, functional finishes, contributing to a sense of order and brightness.
On the exterior of the building, improvements were made to enhance both aesthetics and efficiency, reinforcing the coherence between the façade and the renovated interiors.
With this intervention, the “Gran Via” project stands as a comprehensive renovation that highlights material quality, functional efficiency, and careful attention to detail in every aspect of the building.
