In this project of rehabilitation of a house located in the distinguished Paseo de la Bonanova, wood has been the common thread that gives warmth, continuity and identity to the whole space. The performance has focused on both the exterior and the interior, with a thorough work and totally customized.
On the facade, the roofs of the balconies and the laminated wood cladding provide a warm and elegant image that differs, but at the same time is integrated, with the urban environment. The treatment of wood for the exterior has been key to guarantee durability and resistance, without giving up aesthetics.
Inside the houses, the wooden floors offer visual continuity and a feeling of comfort and naturalness that defines the general environment. In the outdoor space, the pool area becomes a small refuge thanks to the use of the same material: the floor and the perimeter fence in wood create a relaxed atmosphere and cohesive with the rest of the project.
A rehabilitation designed to resist the passage of time with elegance, where each element has been designed and executed to measure to offer functionality and beauty in equal measure.
