The Ohla Eixample Hotel is a project where contemporary architecture and the warmth of natural materials coexist in perfect harmony. Located in one of the most emblematic avenues of Barcelona, this 5-star hotel stands out for its unique facade and the integrated use of wood both outside and inside.
In this project, we worked with special care on wood as the main element: from the façade cladding to details in the rooms, the reception and the common areas. The wood provides texture, depth and a feeling of comfort that contrasts with the modern geometry and the coldest materials of the building.
Each space breathes warmth and elegance. In the rooms, the wood is combined with clean lines and contemporary finishes to create a serene and welcoming atmosphere. On the upper terrace, this natural material dialogues with vegetation and urban design, generating an oasis in the center of the city.
A demanding and detailed project, where every corner has been designed to offer a sophisticated, comfortable and coherent experience. Wood, as a common thread, gives its own identity to a hotel that looks to the future without renouncing the essence of well-being.
