This project in the heart of the Born has been a delicate intervention and respectful of the soul of a historic building. In Argenteria street, we have worked to preserve the original essence, integrating it with a contemporary design that is committed to light, clarity and elegance.
Unique elements such as exposed stone walls, original columns and wooden beams on the ceiling have been maintained and restored, which explain the history of the building and give it character. This heritage background contrasts – and at the same time dialogues – with the new interventions: custom-made furniture in white, clean surfaces and the use of glass to favor natural light and the feeling of spaciousness.
White acts as a common thread and provides serenity, reinforcing the presence of the original materials without competing. Each piece of furniture has been designed to fit with the existing architecture, taking advantage of each space with functionality and subtlety.
A rehabilitation where the past and present coexist in harmony, resulting in a sober, bright and personality-laden space.
