The “Gravina” rehabilitation project, located in the center of Barcelona, involved a comprehensive intervention that renewed both the interiors of the residences and the building’s exterior, maintaining aesthetic and functional coherence in every detail.
Inside the residences, custom-built wardrobes have been designed to optimize space and meet the current needs of the residents. These elements, integrated with attention to design and functionality, help create organized and personalized environments. The interiors of the apartments have also been renovated, updating finishes and enhancing natural light, while providing a sense of comfort and warmth.
Regarding the exterior, the façade has been renovated to give it a more contemporary appearance that is respectful of the urban context and consistent with the renovated interiors. In addition, dual-colored windows have been installed, providing a refined finish both inside and out, while improving the thermal and acoustic insulation of the residences.
With this intervention, the “Gravina” project stands out as an ambitious and balanced rehabilitation, highlighting construction quality, the functionality of the spaces, and a carefully crafted aesthetic designed to endure over time.
