Within the framework of the rehabilitation project of the “Sant Pau” building, located in Barcelona, various restoration and improvement actions have been carried out both outside and inside the property, with the aim of recovering its original character and guaranteeing its functionality and comfort.
On the main façade, the wooden shutters have been restored, maintaining their original aesthetics and improving their resistance and durability. The balconies handrails have also been repaired and polished, respecting the original materials and designs.
As for the interior of the building, the windows have been operated on, improving their thermal and acoustic insulation. The entrance of the block has been renovated to favor accessibility and modernize the space without losing the architectural essence of the building.
On the floors, the pavement has been restored and the furniture has been updated, combining functionality and style to offer habitable and comfortable spaces that maintain the spirit of the original project.
These actions have been carried out with criteria of sustainability and respect for architectural heritage, contributing to value the building within the urban fabric of the city.
